Abstract

ABSTRAK Nur Kholidah HUBUNGAN PERAN PETUGAS KESEHATAN DENGAN KECEMASAN PADA PASIEN TUBERKULOSIS PARU YANG MENJALANI PENGOBATAN DI PUSKESMAS WONOTUNGGAL Xiii+93 Hal+6 Tabel +1 Gambar + 10 Lampiran Latar Belakang Tuberkulosis paru (TB paru) adalah penyakit menular dengan angka kejadian tinggi di Indonesia. Proses pengobatan yang panjang sering menimbulkan kecemasan pada pasien akibat beban penyakit, stigma sosial, dan ketidakpastian kesembuhan. Petugas kesehatan berperan penting dalam memberikan informasi, dukungan emosional, dan edukasi yang dapat membantu mengurangi kecemasan, meningkatkan motivasi, serta mendorong kepatuhan pasien selama pengobatan. Tujuan : Mengetahui Hubungan Peran Petugas Kesehatan Dengan Kecemasan Pada Pasien Tuberkulosis Paru Yang Menjalani Pengobatan Di Puskesmas Wonotunggal Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian korelasi. sampel dalam penelitian ini 40 orang. metode Total sampling analisis korelasi Rank Spearman Penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Wonotunggal Hasil : Terdapat Hubungan Peran Petugas Kesehatan Dengan Kecemasan Pada Pasien Tuberkulosis Paru Yang Menjalani Pengobatan Di Puskesmas Wonotunggal (p-value = 0,029 (< 0,05). nilai koefisien Spearman Rank sebesar 0,346 menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan hubungan tersebut tergolong lemah Kesimpulan : terdapat Hubungan Peran Petugas Kesehatan Dengan Kecemasan Pada Pasien Tuberkulosis Paru Yang Menjalani Pengobatan Di Puskesmas Wonotunggal
