Suction Pump in medical use is to take or drain fluids out of the body. The suction pump is one of the electromedical devices consisting of a driving motor for the suction system and a vacuum tube as a medium for the liquid to be sucked in and generally the pressure is regulated by a rotary regulator with a display in the form of a manometer. Modification of the Digital-Based Pressure Control Suction Pump aims to modify the pressure setting of the rotary regulator with a manometer display into a pressure setting in the form of a push button with an LCD digital display. The working principle of the suction pump tool uses a motor, the entry of mucus or liquid in the motor rotation will be reduced due to modifications, the tool is equipped with an alarm when the liquid is almost full and will automatically turn off the vacuum motor working system. When the pressure setting has been entered, the suction module can display the required pressure. will be selected by the user on the LCD. The smaller the regulated vacuum pressure, the smaller the change in voltage released by the MPX5050DP sensor and the movement of the motor. The alarm can sound as a warning that the substance in the chamber is full and automatically stops the motor from working. From the results of my suction pump, it can work well with the accuracy of setting values 55mmHg, 100mmHg, 125mmHg, 150mmHg, 180mmHg. With 3.6% error percentage with 96.4% accuracy
