Abstract

INTISARI Teknik pemeriksaan radiografi clavicula pada klinis fraktur di Instalasi Radiologi RSUD R.A Kartini Jepara hanya menggunakan proyeksi Anteroposterior (AP). Hal ini berbeda dengan teori menurut (Lampignano, John P. Kendrick, 2018) yang menggunakan dua proyeksi yaitu AP dan AP Axial dengan klinis fraktur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Teknik pemeriksaan dan alas an hanya menggunakan proyeksi anteroposterior (AP) pada pemeriksaan radiografi clavicula dengan klinis fraktur. Jenis penelitian ini Adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan 1 dokter spesialis radiologi, 3 radiografer dan didukung oleh dokumentasi. Didasarkan pertimbangan bahwa penggunaan proyeksi AP sudah cukup untuk menampilkan struktur clavicula secara menyeluruh dan menegakkan diagnosis fraktur.
